What’s the deal on Schumacher Creative Services

I called him yesterday to see if he had the torque straps in stock. It took many calls throughout the day before he finally answered the phone. He said there was a problem getting what he needed to make them and to check back around the middle of January.

I called Schumacher on March 6th to see if they had the Torque Strap in stock. The gentleman I spoke with said they did, and I ordered one. Got it in the mail one week later. Looking forward to the installation...
