Stop in for a cup of coffee

Went to look at house today. Buddy’s nephew is wanting to buy. Entire day shot. i saw a house that a hermit has lived in for 27 years, has never been cleaned. We walked in 6 feet, backed out and left. Ya, not gonna happen. How can anyone live like that, and how could the owner let a tenant do that to a house? Something you cant unsee..
