Stop in for a cup of coffee

Good Afternoon All! Beat the crap out of my John Deere somehow while mowing today (that's what I get for mowing in March lol!) Busted the deflector and flat front left tire, doh! In better news we settled with the builder, two of the major "overages" were split in half so we came up $5,400. Still over by more than we should have been but it's better. Now to convert to low rate mortgage hopefully.
Have to have another appraisal, hope they aren't shut down, who knows???
