Bean counters. It's a "for profit" operation, she's cycled from too many clients to low numbers and back. Kinda weird if you think about it, they need a certain number, they are losing money due to closing down, are cutting a couple of remote locations. Bad thing is that she did an awesome job standing that new office up, boss is praising her constantly because she doesn't need any baby sitting etc., don't matter tho...
