Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 30 secs and it is far more effective than any hand sanitizer...even the high alcohol ones. - That's pretty much the guidance. Sanitizer an second line alternative when there is no soap and water. I hate the stuff - always have. Bad enough using alcohol (and worse) when refinishing wood and working on cars etc.
