yes you gentlemen need to take care of your hands I have had two procedures one on each hand to the tune of about $6,000 a piece no fun. Mainly caused by extreme gripping and hard vibration by vibrating equipment there are some pretty good anti-vibration gloves out there I would look into them .

Yes, but it might be cheaper to buy a new one if you are only doing one or two. I haven't priced this lately. My company used to do it internally.
