Any of you that have a 67 -69 barracuda fastback & have it mini tubed what did you do about the large metal interior piece beside the wheel wells ? It would be nice once that you have moved the inner wheel well over to the frame to still be able to use that interior piece.

The floor piece that the rug goes on, you have to cut it.
I misunderstood, definitely had to cut that floor pan
Im thinking of running a 17x8 17x8.5 rim. Id like them to be tucked under. Ill have to see maybe I wont have to fully mini tub it.

I'm running 275/40/18 on a 18x9 rim with only a offset shackle kit and rolled fender lip. I have about 3/8" between the back of the tire and the spring pack and about 5/8" between the face of the tire and the body. With the short/stiff sidewall its plenty of clearance
thanks the wheel I am thinking of running on the rear are 17x8 w/ a 4.50 back spacing. I like more outer rim

Rearend is out of the car right now, I'll try and get it back in in the next couple of days for some more detailed pictures of the tire location in the wheel well. Here's some pictures of when I moved it from the old house to the new house. In these pictures there is no motor or drivetrain in it.
