Fertlizer is hitting the ventilator at the City Council meeting to adopt a budget. One of the council members had 3 different proposals and a few min. ago proposed a combination of all 3. The proposals were supposed to be in on Monday which he did with the 3 but not the combined one. He just asked for a recess so my wife could try to figure out if his proposal would even work. What an *** he is. It takes weeks to put together a budget and she is supposed to go through it all in 15 min? WTF. I think I need a drink. I hope his shenanigan doesn't work and it get's thrown out. What a waste of time! Rant over. LOL
