There is a lot of discussion as to how that will work.....
I doubt the government will just send everyone a check....But it could happen....That way....I bet it turns into a tax credit...we will see...
they've done it 3 times before. as recently as 2008, it was a check. Issued via the IRS refund system. It counted the following year towards income taxes. So you'll pay a portion back. Last time, it capped out really low, something like 40k
