Stop in for a cup of coffee

Only sort of. BMI is a made up number that is only a slightly general guidance for healthy weight.

The reality is that every individual is far different in body composition than BMI can account for.

For me, based on BMI, I should weight 165 lbs, but that is totally wrong. I have a large frame body and in reality my ideal weight is between 185-195 lbs.

So my BMI would say I’m overweight at 185, but it is wrong.
The class instructor said my BMI is estimated 18 or 19. To which I questioned under what circumstance would i use that number.

The other problem is all the charts they were showing us only went as low as 5'0" ......I'm a lot shorter than that so do I use the kid chart??
