Good to hear that it didn't get you worse than that. I think they are purposely not telling much specific details what the health of the ones who get it bad and those who die from it. Probably many are already compromised. Too many people would use that info to say it is safe for them and would get sloppy and spread it to others as some younger folks have done in the case of Spring break. Hopefully all this distancing saves some people from the other flues as well. Although, I think we are already past most of that for this season.
Actually heard the lady at the press conference yesterday evening say something close to that. She said (so far) the statistics indicate no deaths under 15 with 1 exception, and most deaths in xyz countries have been those compromised. BUT she went on to say that the restrictions are needed limit those who could get it , especially those older and with other issues. Not enough data yet remains an issue. Even the hope that it won't survive as well in hot climates is not proven. These things morph.
