It sounds like it want's to go and isn't kicking back on the starter. Are the plugs fouled? Make sure your firing order is correct and that it has fuel (sounds like it does)
Brand new plugs just put in today. Firing order is good. Took a break to charge the battery. Gonna advance it a little bit more yet and try again. I think she’s gonna go today, it’s close
