Those are mismatched tracks.
The outer is from an F body (76-80 Aspen/ volare) the inners are possibly the correct track but I would have to measure, but probably from a C body. A and c body inners looked similar but the c body was just slightly lower profile, which is probably why it doesn't match the height with the other one.
