Fuel line through bulkhead fitting in shock tower?
Okay, that should work okay. You're going with a dead headed system with just the high pressure line running up to the engine from the rear of the car. That is how a lot of OEM cars are these days. You don't need two lines feeding the throttle body, just run one line to the rear. You usually can't use the front fittings due to air cleaner clearance. Is that a base Sniper or a Super Sniper? If it is a Super Sniper then you can hook up a pressure sensor to your Y block and data log the fuel pressure. You can also data log oil pressure and one other pressure input such as brake pressure or pan vacuum or transmission line pressure.
