Remember when they cut the wires working on mine not long ago and it was out for over a week. Yup they didnt when they gave me the regular bill with nothing taken off.
They didn't offer you anything for the interruption in service? I would have gone to the top with that one. I'd push it because you can go someplace else. Another company would be more than willing to have you for a customer.
