Lastly we spent 3 hours massaging the fit on the door and fender here... that fender is tweaked but I now know what I can do under the car to get it better if I have to (extra mounting screw to pull the back inward). It is 100% better though, it just sits at almost a perfect gap and I don't need my wire pulling in on the mounting tab anymore.
