Stop in for a cup of coffee

Yep mine will be heated and cooled. Thinking of putting a small second floor loft in it. Got to be careful though, our county will deem it liveable and hit us with higher property taxes.
Here's our back yard. the garage will face the deck, left rear corner will be about where that tree by the shed sits. Tree will come down.
