I don't recall that one. Not very many stations had the power to get over the mountains to us. KFI being a big exception. We listened to Loman and Barkley on a hunting trip in Colorado :lol:
I was talking to Mr. Norm at a car show once and he was telling me that they intentionally used to advertise on AM WLS in Chicago at night... They were not allowed to crank up the power on their antennae during the day, but at night were allowed to... Since they broadcasted from the top of the Sears Tower, by advertising when they could crank up the power on their antennae full blast, their ads could be heard from the east coast to the west coast...
