Shitty that we cant come up with a GOOD one here. Maybe it costs too much?? Probly have to jack up the membership price...
You have to enter the info starting in the lower left corner, then go left to right on that line. When you run out of codes, stop on that line, move up a line and again go left to right. Looking at your tag, I think you only have a line and a half of codes. The smaller stuff above

The "fill in the blank" online decoders are crap, in my opinion.
Based on the combination of the codes you have a 1968 base model Dart 2 door Sedan
I figured out the year by the paint and the interior codes as the model year in not on the fender tag then.
Read from the bottom up:
LL21 - Base Model Dart 2 Door Sedan
21 - 225 1BBL 6 CYL 145hp
5 - Torqueflite Automatic Transmission
13 - 7.00 x 13 White Wall Tires
909 - SPD Sept, 9th. 1967
A10505 - Shipping Order Number
A1 - 3.23 Axle Ratio
Trim L4X - Vinyl Bench Seat/Black, Black Rubber Floor Covering
PNT MM1 - Bronze Met. Paint
UB - Upper Door Paint, Black
W6 - Canadian Order
