Appliance reviews?

In '96 one of the "luxurys" that came with the house when we moved in was a GE washer drier set . The washer was fine but the drier (electric) caused some serious overheating issues.
Got rid of that drier and replaced it with a Kenmore gas that had continual "no start" issues with glow element ignition.

10 years ago my son was with GeekSquad at the local BB and bought us this Samsung pair. The price was right for me so I wasn't complaining.
Any way since 2010 I've replaced a drum belt on the drier, a fill valve and a drain pump (just last Monday) on the washer. Part prices were pretty cheap but I still had to learn by do.

Drain pump fail was impeller spinning on the shaft. 30 bucks for the new pump. A bunch of screws, three hoses, and the hardest part, the wire/spring seal retainer behind the door.
