Between trimming brush, checking on the guys at the shop, ones doing alignments, front end work on a Karman Ghia, the others detailing the heater box for the Challenger, I’m also baby sitting the Pork on the Weber. Lump charcoal and some oak, may finish it off with a little pecan or Cherry.
