As far as the transmission and I would bet it's a 904? I would take that inside or under cover and set up babe for by 8 or 2 by 8 piece of plywood on the backs of chairs or if you have a frame stands. I don't have money so I can just use some chairs... Clean that transmission like a jewel on the outside and dump it out LOL spend $120 for a rebuild kit and $67 for a trans go to shift kit... And a generic jar of Vaseline to lube all the new seals.

Its actually a torqueflight 999 iv heard they are quite sought after tbh I had never heard of one I always assumed it was a 904. I put a shift kit in the valve body like 15 years ago when I was gonna use it for the dart back then and never ran it. It has been in storage ever since I hope I did it right lol. I bought a gasket kit and a new filter for it. Transmissions is something I know nothing about I can adjust a band but that's about it lol.
