Stop in for a cup of coffee

so i took a walk around the property. We've been fighting a bad poison ivy take over for 7 years now. i'm immune to it, but the wife isn't. We've tried all the chemicals available and then some. never could get rid of it. Well last year, had an old guy down the road tell me to boil water and dump on the plants. So last fall, thats what I did, boiled up dozens of pots of hot water, dumped on them. Normally this time of year, its already over growing everywhere, not a single plant this year.
