Stop in for a cup of coffee

I sent an e-mail to dewalt about my grease gun issue,and managed to convince them to send me the part. It showed up in the mail,20 minutes to change motor and its as good as new.
Im happy.
I broke the screwdriver tip on my leatherman, sent an e-mail wanting to purchase a new bit and they flat out refused. Send it for repair. Which i wont.
