Advice on buying a '75 dart.

It would have to be one heck of a 75 for me to pay $6k.
1 owner? Should have more documentation than a orig receipt?
Original buyer would NOT put Lincoln seats in it in my opinion.
Be very leery, take someone knowledgable about cars with you.
