Stop in for a cup of coffee

I agree.

I will add that i've been getting quotes for steel and wood framed buildings, steel is coming in about the same cost. However, with the same pitch, the snow load is 30% higher AND the building its rated for 165 winds, thats on 12 ft spacings. the steel comes pre-drilled and powdercoated as well. Wind rating on the wood framed at 9 ft pole spacings is 105mph. Both prices include spray insulation.

Here's something that you may want to consider, will there be a potential of trees falling on it? I know, you can clear a buffer, but if you didn't want to I'd go with stick built. My neighbor has a metal building, a tree fell on it 2 yrs. ago and it could not be repaired. He had insurance and I think that's what "they" came up with so....
