oops, I learning to introduce photos. thank you very much for your hospitality.

yes,
bucket seats, console, front disc break with 4 calipers, power booster break, mechanical direction,
Slant Six 170 cu. inch.
why rare?

On your fender plate (embossed plate under the hood) you will find the notation A65. That's the code for a Dart GT in 1970. There just weren't many made that year. You had to buy a Dart Custom and then specify the Dart GT package. There used to be a registry for 1970-71 Dart GTs, but the person who maintained it passed away. The bucket seats and the console were a part of the GT package, but you could only get a slant six or a 318 V8. You had to buy a Dart Swinger 340 to get the 340 V8. Your VIN number should start with LH23 - L is for a Dart, H is for the high trim level that was for Dart Customs and Dart GTs only, 23 is a 2 door hardtop. The high trim level includes the two tone interior (dark and light green in your case), fancy door panels and stainless steel trim at the top of the panels, and fake wood dash pieces that go all the way across the dash (your glove box door should have a Dart Custom logo on it) , outside it is the trim around the grill (fender caps and hood trim), trim along the top of the doors and quarters next to the windows, trunk lid edge trim, full deluxe wheel covers and the Dart GT badging on the quarters. They were mainly desirable because of the bucket seat /console interior. Lots of these ended up getting a big V8 installed.

My Dad bought a Dart Custom new when I was 14 and I bought it from him as my first car in 1975. I still have the car (see my avatar). I started hopping up the original 318, installed a 340 in 1978 that now sports a twin 4 barrel crossram. I've literally work on that car for the majority of my life. I bought my 70 Dart GT about 9 years ago and put it away, retired last year, and started in on a complete rebuild. If I can help with any GT specific questions don't hesitate to send me a PM (click on my name in the box to the left of the post and hit "start a conversation")
