San Francisco’s to Manila in just 5 days. A whole new World of travel was opening up back then...80 years ago.
Of course, now it takes about 10 hours to make the same trip.
I wonder what people will think about our World when in the future when is takes them even far less time to do the same. Perhaps just a couple of hours...or maybe only a few seconds...for them to make the 10 hour trip that we think is such as vast improvement over how long it took the first Flying Clipper Ships.
