Stop in for a cup of coffee

I was helping my son with suspension repairs last week. upper rear shackle bolt.i reached up and pulled on a wrench in an odd position. its like some muscles i never used before. Really painful. Strangely i didnt suffer the next day. I stopped when i felt the pull.
