Hmmm, what to do today on my one day off...?
Near 70 and very cloudy, - slim chance of showers. I did get the mower all back together. Wife did a little cutting with it yesterday. Maybe do more of that. Need to see what it looks like where she cut, cause I did not check the deck height/level. Putting new tires on definitely raised the front a little. I ended up putting a used primary belt on the deck. The new one I got is labelled as 83", but only 82" long. By OEM part # it is really supposed to be 83.5. I have run 83 with no problem. Doesn't sound like much, but the 82 is too much tension and with the tensioner spring pulled that far the back of the belt is running way to close skimming across an idler going the other way.
