Stop in for a cup of coffee

I have been monitoring the situation. At this point, they are offering 100 percent future cruise credit. I want them to cancel the cruise So I get my money back or 150 percent credit....Will wait til the last day to cancel myself, 48 hour cancellation window.
im still waiting for our money back for our cancelled trip as well. Travel insurance company hasn't paid it yet, been 2 months already. I get the feeling this is gonna put them out of business too. The legal question is, will the NAIC have to bail them out first
