Great feedback. It would be nice if I found a local supplier thst carried all of the brands you mentioned so i could lay them side by side for inspection.
Well I first found out the hard way. But each batch could be different.
I have a set of fairly new ones in the garage. I think they are Centrix 'standard' and the hat is machined. See what Rockauto has and if they show non-generic photos. Centrics does have a premium line, when they have a batch made. At one time they sold it under a different name, Stoptech. There was a place, something like Brake warehouse, that claimed to have a 'premium' rotor - which was not drilled or slotted.
