Recomedations For New SBP Rotors?

The Bendix rotor PRT 1054 that you have a note added - Returned to NAPA. Was that due to the Hat area not being machined?
I see this item listed on most of my searches and they have the highest reviews. I'm skeptical because they are also the lowest priced in comparison as well.
