If I had huge money, I'd start an auto salvage industry in India.
It's pretty much how it was here in the 50s when people used to abandon wrecks In place and the salvage business was not fully developed.
I'd buy about 20 acres and import 4 or five rollbacks and a few boom wreckers from here and start roaming the streets picking up wrecks and abandoned rides from the streets.
Also buy the political support to make a monopoly with it.
