Evans Coolant Temps

That wasn’t directed at you. But it’s not the coolant. You can believe it, but it’s NOT. It should cool with straight antifreeze and that’s not a coolant either.

What I’m saying is IF you have a high flow water pump and IF you are turning the water pump cranks speed or faster and it’s not cooling, it’s the radiator. Not the coolant. Not the fan.

That’s what I’m saying, and now I’m done saying it. You can continue to screw around or you can fix it. Buy the biggest radiator that fits the car without cutting it up, with 2 rows at least 1 inch and IF you don’t make more than 750 HP it WILL cool it.

Or not. You can chose to learn, or listen to people who are telling you straight bullshit. And that includes Evans.

I’m out. Do what you want.

You seem to be the biggest Evans defender but don't even follow their recommendations for radiators which i've included below for your benefit. Seems like they're are a lot of folks in the big block section talking about how great their cooling system is on their small blocks. Until you have put a RB in an Abody you don't realize just how much room that motor takes. Evans seems like a fine solution for those that are able to over radiator their car but guys like me who are tight on space and are borderline cooling it, it just won't work and thats what they even say on their own site. I've worked with the lead tech guy for weeks now and even he is suggesting water so again not sure what your stake in this is but I feel like i learned what Evans can and cannot and will be getting a full refund from them. Can't really complain just sucks it didn't work in my set up.
