ok, follow me here, make sure im correct.
per your own screenshot, below, you agreed on 200 for the heads. 180 for the rockers and shaft, 20 for the valve covers. I see zero mention of any agreed price on the retainers and such, so assuming those weren't paid for, but you returned just the rockers, kept the valve covers (20$) and the shafts, worth at least 1/3 of the price of the rockers and shaft combo, or 60 bucks. so 400- 20 (vc) -180(refund)- 60 (none returned shafts)= 140. So for 140 bucks, you got heads, valve covers and shafts. When you agreed to pay 200 for just the heads?
