Is this too much tire hit?

Was the only way we could get the hemi to come close to hooking up , back in the day. I even ran them down to 6 3/4 pounds at times------------thumbnail - Copy (2).jpg was out about 2 car lengths here , 16x32`s------------anything above 8 was a joke !
