I've been a 3+ pack a day smoker for 35+ years. Haven't had a smoke for 45 hours.

I smoked for about 25 years, I then started using one of those vape things trying to quit smoking. Well the vape only cost me like 5 bucks a week to use. Well, i found my 18 year old son using one and that didnt sit well with me so, we made a deal and we quit using those together. It's been a few months now and it was easier to quit using the vape then it was to quit smoking cigarettes. Keep it up!!!
