150 MPH speedo was not standard on any 69. I've seen M code cars with 120 speedos. I parted out a /6 68 car in 1980 that had a 150 speedo.

Your car was built on September 24, 1968. Head restraints not mandatory until 01/01/1969. My 4 speed A56 has the standard bench with fold-down center armrest AND head restraints because it was built 06/13/1969. Federally mandated by then .

Tach, perf indicator and clock were ALL options. Unless ordered the center pod was blank. Because they all occupied the same space you could only choose one, or none.

SG was optional on a 340 car.

Disc brakes were an option. Drum brakes were standard. My buddy's M code has drum brakes and so does mine.

Fold down rear seat was optional unlike 67 and 68 barracudas where it was standard.

A 340 non Formula S car would have argent grilles and deck panel and logically no 340S badging unless A53 was on body plate..

Black grilles were standard on S cars and cuda package cars.

Black deck panel only on S cars. Argent deck on all others including 'cudas.

Cars shown in dealer brochures are sometimes anomalies becsuse the photos were taken well ahead of the start of production.
