I've been a 3+ pack a day smoker for 35+ years. Haven't had a smoke for 45 hours.
I think some kind of a reward would be good...start small....go a day, do something you enjoy, or go a week...a month.....save the money you would normally spend, and treat yourself...I like to have a blizzard from the DQ as a treat. Also if you happen to have a cig, don’t be super hard on yourself, it will or might happen, it will just make you try harder next time you have a craving and you can be on track again!
