340 cam help needed

This COVID-19 stay at home order has allowed me to get back to assembling a '69 340. The body is '69 Barracuda S fastback, 727, 3:23, 245R60/15 rear tires. Engine is rebuilt 020 over short block 9.5 compression, 69cc X heads with bowl work/steel exh. seats and slight clean-up cut. I need to decide which cam; I have a new MP P4452761 268/272 - 228/231 @ .50 lift with matching springs. But this is a very old cam design compared to the current cam offerings. In order of personal preference, I'm looking at the comp. cams 268AH...270magnum...XE262H. Yes, I know the XE268 is a popular 340 cam but I don't like the spec's of this cam for an automatic with power disc brakes.

The DC 268 has more seat duration than the comp more like a 275 comp or lunati so decide on the rev range you want\I'd say the compression is ok for the mp but it might like more gear and so would the 268 chevy cam ib a mopar box from comp
that said it has a fatter nose so they wear well
you want a more modern cam go lunati or howard
xe line is popular due to the heard mentality- you can do better
