I'm all in with MOPARMAGA on this one. Anytime an engine with unknown history has been sitting, it's always good to tear it down to at least a short block and clean the accumulated carbon/gunk/sludge/and other "surprises" you may find inside of it. You won't regret going ahead and putting an improved rear main seal retainer setup in it and new gaskets, seals, timing set, and whatever else you may find you need.
