weird you had issues with the seat belt bolt hangers.. they went right on for me. i had to trim about 4" off each side head pipe to get the X-pipe to fit in to the proper location.. i also cut and moved the exhaust turn downs in some because the system is obviously mad to also fit a 67-69 dart with a bumper and they looked really stupid sticking out as far as they did.
