Not an actual diet, just calorie reduction. I simply eat 300 calories less per day than I burn and haven’t changed any of the food I eat. I just say “one less bite” at every meal.
I still eat pizza, pasta, ice cream and drink beer. I just consume a little less of everything I eat every day. Time and perseverance of eating just a little less than you burn each day brings the results, the foods you eat are irrelevant as long as you have a mostly balanced diet.
