Hey, thanks for getting back to me. While I have a mig welding setup my welding skill is .. third rate. Nothing that I would consider leak proof anyway. Since yesterday I ordered a 2.5" diameter, 3.5" radius J-tube. Maybe if you can show me a link to where I can buy the correct flange I can get a better welder then me to fabricate one.
If that works I can try to make some drawings or templates so when this comes up the next time we won't have to pester you. Maybe post it as a sticky in the How-to section.
