Stop in for a cup of coffee

Got the Neon In the garage and up on ramps earlier. Dropping the tank looks easy enough. Not sure how I will drain it though. I think it’s a little under half full, 5-7gallons Chiltons says there is a drain, but not seeing it. Maybe a drill pump with a piece of tubing down the filler...
