Stop in for a cup of coffee

Troubleshooting the convertible top no power issue. There is a bigass relay/continous duty solenoid on fender. It wont power up, and i cant find what triggers it. Dammit. 1/2 the dash apart, and the electrical is a mess. Lots of jiggery pokery in this one.
