Tastefully done and in the right place, I like them. I think smaller is better, especially on a petite woman. Like Rusty indicated, I don't feel a tattoo makes a girl skanky by itself.
agree with all, except the small tattoo part. I feel too small doesn’t look right. I was always advised to go a bit larger than what I actually saw/wanted. Also hurts detail.
