Unfortunately its literally just the shell. The seller is a Scrap Metal man and sometimes gets his hands on odd-balls he's asked to come and get rid off. Supposedly the owner died before he could restore it. He stripped it down and this is as far as he got. Unfortunately the boxes of parts has been lost, most likely thrown away. :(
Restoring it is gonna be an issue, might have to import another one from the US at some point to swap everything over.
