Performance world rockers

With a name like that they are probably the Speedmaster's in a different box. Probably ok for a stock head but not designed to work with their own heads. :wtf: :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

On another note.....
RRR...... classic pic in the Avatar that I haven’t seen in a while.
That gets a big 10  from me.

What did the reviews say?

I too think they are identical to the PRW ones.
Overall quality was weak ish looking to me. One set are in 383 here in town, it’s not driven hard and they are fine but after I’ve seen them up close and personal I won’t be buying them let alone putting them in a motor that might see 6-6500 rpm.

pretty sure they are Made off shore, and new they aren’t as much Money as comp, Harland, mancinin harlands, Hughes, crane etc.... I think you get what you pay for these days.

just had a stupid summit brand lifter eat it self up on a 383 cam run in. Found out they were from Mexico. Neve again, name brand premium parts only for me from now on, especially in an engine

Sorry to sidetrack but I got that in a birthday wish yesterday. Damn, her legs go all the way up and make a *** out of themselves!

go to alibaba.com and look at how many products are available B to B. (Biz to biz). "For $30 more we can have YOUR name or company engraved on item..." There you go. Not better nor worse with someone else's name on 'em. I personally dont think stainless is ideal for a rocker but if its designed to works, go for it.

Seem pretty standard with American company that used to be quality like Colman, Craftsman, Black and Decker, Stanley, etc...Rebrand and mark up.

I run those rockers. If that rocker fails it’s because the geometry is off. I shift at 7000. I wouldn’t be afraid to run them to 8000 or even a bit more if you don’t run them into valve float.

Ok. I’m glad you’re having good success! I’m not using them on my new engine.

I think I remember seeing a pic of the underside of one of the "speedmaster" versions. It had PRW embossed on it, just like on mine I got from PRW. I bet the PWR do too. Now maybe the castings are all the same and the screws and rollers are done by each house. That could make a difference. But I'd bet dollars to donuts they are all the same. Mine seem pretty good and have been given good reviews by a couple people whose opinion I trust. But everyone needs to do what feels right to them.

What's the funky offset going on in that picture?

And wow, rip your head off on the price if they are Speedmaster quality.

I looked into the Comp Ultra Pro Magnums. Seems they come with spacers but no shims or hold down hardware. Where would u get the hardware kit? They are pricey. $1055.00 plus taxes. Then pushrods etc. Kim
